This Site is provided by Works of Life Intl Ministries Inc. (“Works
of Life”) and may be used for information purposes only. By accessing or
using this Site, or by conducting business with Works of Life or it’s
agents or affiliates you agree to the terms and conditions contained in these
Terms of Use which constitute an agreement between you and Works of Life.
If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, do not use the Site or download any
materials from the Site.
Works of Life reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or
otherwise update these Terms of Use at any time and you agree to be bound by
such modifications or updates.

supplied by Works of Life Intl Ministries Inc. (“Works of Life”) and its licensees,

files incorporated in or generated by the software or data accompanying such
software) (individually and collectively the "Materials") may be copied,
reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any
way or de-compiled, reverse engineered or disassembled, except that you may
download one copy of the Materials on any single computer for your personal,
non-commercial home use only, provided you keep intact all copyright and other
proprietary notices. Modification of the Materials or use of the Materials for
any other purpose is a violation of Works of Life’s or its licensees’ copyright,
trademark and other proprietary rights. The use of any such Materials on any
other web site or networked computer environment without Works of Life’s express

Information Provided By You

Changes
Works of Life reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add

Changes in this Agreement will be effective when notice of such change is
posted. Your continued use of the Site after any changes to this Agreement are
posted will be considered acceptance of those changes. Please check back
periodically to inform yourself of any changes.
Works of Life may terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the
Works of Life Site, including the availability of any features of the Site, at
any time. Works of Life may also impose limits on certain features and services
or restrict your access to parts or the entire Site without notice or liability.
Works of Life may terminate the authorization, rights and license given above
and, upon such termination, you shall immediately destroy all Materials.
User Conduct
Users are not permitted to upload, transmit, distribute or otherwise publish
through this Site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene,
pornographic, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive,
illegal or otherwise objectionable that would constitute or encourage a criminal

by third parties. Works of Life is not responsible for content or the practices

Indemnification
You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Works of Life and its licensees,
agents and affiliates against any and all claims, charges, demands, damages,
liabilities, losses, expenses, and liabilities of whatever nature and howsoever
arising (including, but not limited to any legal or other professional fees and
the costs of defending or prosecuting any claim and any loss of profit,
goodwill, and any other direct or consequential loss), incurred or suffered by
Works of Life directly or indirectly by reason of any act or omission which you
commit in breach of these terms and conditions and the obligations and
warranties contained in them.

This site is controlled and operated by Works of Life from its agents or
affiliates facilities in the United States of America. Works of Life makes no
representations that materials in this site are appropriate or available for use
in other locations. Those who choose to access this site from other locations do
so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with any and all local
laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
This agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with
the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any principles of
conflicts of law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
courts of the state to be determined exclusively by Works of Life Inc.
(California) in any
legal action whether Works of Life Inc. be Petitioner or Respondent, State or
federal action. If any provision of this agreement is void or unenforceable in
whole or in part, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be
affected thereby.
“Donor Bill of Rights”
Works of Life Intl Ministries believes in the rights of donors and subscribes to the
Donor Bill of Rights. This statement of rights was developed by the following
organizations: the American Association of Fund Raising Counsel, Association for
Healthcare Philanthropy, Council for Advancement and Support of Education, and
National Society of Fund Raising Executives. The full text of the Donor Bill of
Rights follows.
"Philanthropy is based on voluntary action for the common good. It is a
tradition of giving and sharing that is primary to the quality of life. To
assure that philanthropy merits the respect and trust of the general public, and
that donors and prospective donors can have full confidence in the
not-for-profit organizations and causes they are asked to support, we declare
that all donors have these rights:
I. To be informed of the organization's mission, of the way the organization
intends to use donated resources, and of its capacity to use donations
effectively for their intended purposes.
II. To be informed of the identity of those serving on the organization's
governing board, and to expect the board to exercise prudent judgment in its
stewardship responsibilities.
III. To have access to the organization's most recent financial statements.
IV. To be assured their gifts will be used for the purposes for which they were
given.
V. To receive appropriate acknowledgement and recognition.
VI. To be assured that information about their donations is handled with respect

We recognize the importance of protecting the privacy of visitors to our Site.
